Who we are looking for

The HR Operations Consultant / HR Project Manager role is part of the GHR Shared Services (GHRSS) function in Poland, which is responsible for HR Operations, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, amongst other functions.

In this role, you will help drive the implementation of a Time & Attendance system in Poland, aligning to the company’s global human resource business process, technology transformation and overall corporate goals.

What you will be responsible for

As an HR Project Manager you will

  • Utilise project management and analytical skills to lead on and deliver a critical system implementation in Poland, taking a hands on approach when required.
  • Partner with external vendor throughout all phases of the project & associated activities including: Assessment, Build, Test, Pilot, Change Management, Deployment and Post Deployment Support.
  • Partner with others in GHR to ensure regulatory compliance, and strong governance models / control framework exists for T&A related process activity as new solution is implemented.
  • Review T&A processes to ensure a proactive approach to continuous improvement, operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Manage stakeholders across varying levels.
  • Think and act globally.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Global Business Owner to align to strategic goals.
  • Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.
  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour.
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.
  • Support the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture within the business.
  • Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor's degree education or higher.
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably financial services/banking Embraces a culture of risk excellence.
  • Experienced project manager, with knowledge and practical application of tools/technique, Lean project methodology desired.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic business environment regionally and globally.
  • Team player with a strong customer focus.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Completes projects, tasks, and all work activities on time or within expected time period; plans and prioritises effectively
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve skills base.
