Job Description
- build trusting and effective working relationship with the all teams
- build and deliver the local talent acquisition strategy
- conducting and analysing exit interviews for senior and strategic roles
- lead the HR team of HR Business Partners and HR Service Partners
- ensure implementation of all legal requirements related to day to day management of employees
- working closely with employees to improve organisational culture and performance
- supervision and control of the correctness and timeliness of all HR processes
- coach managers and support employees in the process of the cultural of business change
- develop of overall culture and people development, share local practice within in the group
The Successful Applicant
- at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- experience in an international organisation, preferably SSC sector
- University degree
- Ability to drive change
- Appropriate communication in sensitive and emotional situations
- Proficient knowledge of HR concepts, regulations/legislation, processes and policies
- Knowledge of HR trends, policies, HR Administration, performance appraisals, local labour law, recruitment processes and talent development
- Fluent English
