Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within transaction or regulatory reporting,
- experience gained in a regulated financial services environment,
- strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and requirements,
- experience with reporting controls, issue management and process improvement,
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
- experience working with Technology and other cross-functional teams,
- strong analytical skills; experience with SQL and large data,
- sets would be an advantage,
- very good command of English.
Responsibilities
- lead and develop a team responsible for regulatory reporting,
- oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes,
- ensure effective controls and processes are in place and continuously improved,
- manage reporting issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders,
- monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of required changes,
- cooperate closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance and other business functions,
- support reporting governance, audits and external reviews,
- act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for regulatory reporting matters.
