Job Description
- Track and report key performance measures
- Co-pilot business units by partnering with local S&F teams to deliver financial reporting, insights, and analysis
- Perform complex ad hoc financial analysis and reports, as required
- Review and report on the quality of Blackline account reconciliations for select key and non-key accounts and GRIR reports according to the defined scope and frequency
- Track and report COE performance measures (i.e. % followed-up overaged items), highlight issues, support identification of root causes
- Maintain an adequate internal control environment (ICE control framework), co-ordinate and/or support efforts connected with internal/external audits.
- Provide functional expertise to Mars Europe BU's including systems upgrades, testing, business integration testing, regression testing, user training and user acceptance training.
The Successful Applicant
- In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process and internal controls
- Mars accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle projects and meet deadlines is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
