Job Description
- Managing a team of Payroll specialists dedicated to support the UK and Ireland
- Being the focal point for escalations and complex requests
- Coordinating audit requests and ensuring compliance with all internal/external regulations
- Identifying risks and ensuring appropriate controls are in place
- Cooperating with the local payroll vendor
- Establish and improving relationship with stakeholders
- Preparing year end declarations
- Coordinating ongoing projects (e.g. implementation of a new HR system)
- Identifying process improvement possibilities
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance/Accounting or Economics will be an advantage
- Experience in a similar role
- Very good UK and Ireland Payroll knowledge
- Fluent English
- Good Excel skills and HR systems
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Team player
