Job Description
- Monitor and report key Accounts Payable performance measures, highlight issues, identify root causes and seek resolution
- Act as a functional expert for Accounts Payable
- Perform complex ad hoc financial analysis and reports
- Review and report on the quality of account reconciliations for select key and non-key accounts and GRIR reports according to the defined scope and frequency
- Provide functional expertise including systems upgrades, testing, business integration testing, regression testing, user training and user acceptance training
- Serve as a contact to critical stakeholders including Suppliers, Procurement, Service and Finance for process changes impacting the function
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to deliver efficiencies in operations
The Successful Applicant
- A very good English and French is required
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable process background
- Previous Experience in SSC environment will be highly appreciate
- University degree preferable in Finance and Accounting
- Accurate, pro-active attitude with strong attention to detail
- SAP system knowledge will be a strong asset
