We are currently looking for:

Senior Financial Reporting Representative (VBA)
Senior Financial Reporting Representative (VBA)
Location: Kraków, małopolskie

The Senior Financial Representative with a VBA knowledge will be preparing and reviewing clients’ budgets and accruals. This position provides support to the financial reporting team in conjunction with the fund expenses and periodical management reports.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review of fund expenses and accruals.
  • Preparation of client board books.
  • Effective usage, maintenance and development of BBH reporting tools in order to streamline the workflow while paying high priority attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Implement improvements that are available using a VBA knowledge.
  • Perform special projects as assigned and directed.
  • Coordination of the accrual adjustments together with the client and the financial reporting team, ensuring all adjustments are effectively communicated and processed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years fund accounting or related industry experience.
  • Strong VBA knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
