
The Transfer Agency Cash Supervisor will be responsible for directing team members with the objective to achieve overall high client satisfaction. Achieving this will require strong people management, initiative, and attention to detail as well as the ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the department.
- Validate and approve outgoing payments and internal book transfers within BBH payment systems.
- Overview of Cash Reconciliation items on a daily basis.
- Review and discuss with the Team Leader / Manager any issues requiring escalation.
- Ownership of manual processing situations that require strong oversight.
- Prepare the annual performance appraisals of team members and provide feedback based on goals for direct reports.
- Manage controls efficiently to alleviate any potential risk areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience or acting as people manager.
- Minimum of 3 years Financial/Payment or other Operational experience.
- Good focus on details.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge or prior experience of payments systems and reconciliation systems and or Multifonds is considered an advantage.
- Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes.
