Job Description
- Set up a road map for procurement activities in one and five years perspective
- Map all the procurement activities and formalize the path of proceedings
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Poland
- Source, select and build relationship with proper suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to deliver business benefit
- Seek innovative solutions for the procurement process, participate in cross- functional teams
- Deliver cost savings by negotiation of contracts with the local supply base
- Establish an online tender platform in order to strengthen the transparency
The Successful Applicant
- Master Degree in Economics or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement establishing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Minimum 2 years experience on managerial / senior buyer level in an international environment
- Experience in professional services & fleet categories
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategy for business customers
- Demonstrated networking, relationship building and influencing skills
- Experience in working based on online tender platform would be an asset
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
