
Transfer Agency Enhanced Control Supervisor will be responsible for directing team with the objective to achieve overall high client satisfaction. Specifics responsibilities include: be the escalation contact for client / investor or inter-departmental queries and assist the Team Leader / Manager to ensure the team operates efficiently and that deadlines are met. Achieving this will require strong people management, initiative, and attention to detail as well as the ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring investor activity across various Global Funds and mitigating risk by performing enhanced controls on all high-risk trades and static data updates.
- Continually evaluating the Transfer Agency control environment by creating and maintaining Global Transfer Agency procedures aimed at protecting Client and Investor assets from potentially fraudulent schemes.
- Working across the various global Transfer Agency teams (Transaction Processing, Cash, Investor OnBoarding, Shareholder Services, Investor Relationship Managers, etc) and analyzing core Transfer Agency processes to ensure their quality control.
- Creation and distribution of the data sensitive information.
- Preparing monthly metrics, such as TA KPI & Productivity Reports to BBH Management.
- Providing training both locally in the Krakow office and globally.
- Assessing the performance of your direct reports through regular 1:1 meetings, setting goals and conducting mid-year and end-year reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience or acting as people manager.
- Minimum of 3 years Financial/Client Service/or other Operational experience.
- Highest quality command of oral & written English.
- Well-developed communication skills and assertiveness.
- Focus on details mindset.
- Readiness to work closely with a team – positive attitude and enthusiasm.
