Job description:

If you have attention to details, analytical skills and like to work in a dynamic work environment where everyday is a new challenge, then role of  Delivery Scheduler in our Trading & Supply Team would be a perfect opportunity to grow professionally and have a real impact on our business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland!


- As a Scheduler you will be responsible for creating schedules for truck deliveries in order to ensure timely and effective products delivery to Retail sites and B2B Customers for German, Austrian and Swiss markets;
- You will cooperate with analysts and other schedulers to balance order demand against truck supply, also cooperating with other teams on daily basis including, Supply, Road Transport, scheduling support teams;
- Among your responsibilities will be continuous improvement of your scheduling effectiveness, aiming to minimize stock- outs, left-on-boards and excessive multi-dropping;
- In your daily tasks, you would work with different systems- SAP, VMIFE, MS Excel, Planning system

 

Requirements:

 

- Previous Logistics/Scheduling/Planning/Customer Service experience would be an asset;
- Bachelor/Master; degree;
Excellent communication skills; 
Ability to work under pressure;
- Very good German (min. B2)
and good English level;
- Multitasking skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Good organizational skills, prioritization of the tasks.
