Job Description
- Successful Candidate will become a member of migration team of accounting processes from local European entities to Warsaw SSC
- Taking part in SAP implementation, SAP go-live, stabilization SAP post go-live
- Creation of User manuals for PTP processes
- Invoice processing in FI and MM SAP modules according to IFRS and agreed procedures
- Payments processing
- Contact with vendors and internal, local teams
- Travel expenses processing
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- AP accruals posting
- Month end activities
- Identifying process improvements
- Daily support of SSC junior accountants in order to increase quality of accounting processes
The Successful Applicant
- A very good German and English knowledge is required
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable process background
- Previous Experience in SSC environment will be highly appreciated
- University degree preferable in Finance and Accounting
- Accurate, pro-active attitude with strong attention to detail
- SAP system knowledge will be a strong asset
