Job Description
- Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees through all HR aspects
- Responsible for internal & external communication
- Build strong company reputation with a focus on employee engagement to ensure high performing and engaged organization achieving the business success
- Responsible for preparation and implementation of strategy in the fields of candidate & employee experience
- Special focus on internal and external employer branding activities (B2B company)
- Highlight and promote company's values
- Responsible for development crisis preparedness plan (collaboration with other key organizational functions, threats identification, business continuity plan)
- Manage team of 2 HR professionals (HR Specialist and HR Business Partner)
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in HR/Business
- Rich HR professional experience gained in a demanding international environment
- Success track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in the development of employer branding, communication, crisis management
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organization to influence and coach other managers
- Hands-on approach with a business acumen, capable of run change management initiatives
- Can-do attitude and holistic view
- Profound knowledge of labour law
- Fluent command of English & Polish is essential
