Job description:

Would you like to join our AP Department as Control Analyst to perform controls and reconciliations for Qatar & EMEA BG entities? To work with BG SAP and Crystal systems? To communicate with internal and external stakeholders? 

What is more, Your role will include:

 

  • processing invoices 
  • review accuracy of invoice posting before Unblock/release of approved invoices; perform controls
  • rejection of incorrect postings
  • review and follow-up aged processed invoices
  • communication of issues to Delivery Associate and various stakeholders
  • escalating items that interfere with the completion of the disbursement audit activities to the Delivery Team Manager
  • performing of the disbursement audit activities within set global and local performance metric targets
  • processing of improvements within assigned tasks
  • running required accounts reconciliation, enforce appropriate clearing and adjustments when needed
  • preparing KPIs/reports, analysis and presentations as required and drive for corrective actions
  • operating in accordance with all relevant Shell/SBO standards and guidelines and Financial Control Framework

 

Requirements:

We'd hope to see as many following as possible on You CV:
 

 

  • Min. 2 years of experience in accounting environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills
  • In-depth accounting knowledge English B2/C1 (other languages as required for job position specifics)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Computer literate -knowledge in ERP applications and other Microsoft software is a plus (P42,Blueprint, Crystal)
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to provide quality feedback
  • Business Partnering
