Job Description
- Technical development and sales of glazes and engobes within the ceramics industry (Germany + other countries)
- Work with current and potential clients, being an important contact person to clients and providing them with expert advice on site - business travels will amount to 20 - 80% of working time
- Project quality management in collaboration with the customer, innovating existing products & developing new products from raw materials.
- Responsibility for your customers and their development/the development of their products
- Building long-term customer relationships
The Successful Applicant
- Ceramic educational background (Bachelor or Master's degree)
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in ceramics industry (experience with glazes & engobes would be a strong advantage)
- Fluent English (knowledge of German would be a plus)
- Ability to relocate to Company's headquarters in Germany (Hamburg area); the onboarding will be accompanied by intense training (during first 12 months of work)
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to travel on business & work with international clients
- IT skills (knowledge of Excel, Work, Outlook)
