• Top class university student or graduate (majors: finance, management, economics, or related);
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in one of the targeted sectors (banking, insurance, M&A, FMCG) or in consulting, demonstrating strong career progress,
• Substantial extracurricular activity: experience may include internships, students organizations or charity & fundraising initiatives;
• Analytical mindset including distinctive problem solving skills, multitasking abilities, attention to details and intellectual curiosity;
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (additional analytical tools would be an advantage);
• Willingness to travel.
