At Arla, we have taken the first steps on our e-commerce journey. And we need your help to drive the cross-markets transformation for several of the projects.

About the job
As a business change manager, you will ensure that we succeed in managing changes and have our business adapt to new ways of working. This means, you will drive change management efforts to anchor our projects within the business organisations – of course in collaboration with the scrum master and product owner, just as you need the support and involvement of a large and diverse group of stakeholders within the organisation.
At our HQ in Aarhus, you will initially join our growing e-commerce team. We are an agile team responsible for developing e-commerce solutions for Arla’s customers, enabling them to place their orders digitally and interact with Arla in a smooth and user-friendly way. We are part of an organisation (Agile Release Train) that deliver projects in close collaboration with Arla’s commercial organisation. And with time, you may also take up tasks from other parts of our business.
With the responsibility of driving and anchoring change, you will:
- Develop and ensure good communication of the e-commerce vision to business owners and other stakeholders in Arla
- Own and execute on communication plans with stakeholders on all levels within our markets
- Ensure relevant training of colleagues on how to work with our new solutions
- Prepare managers for their role in leading the change
- Create governance models in the markets for new solutions that your team is delivering
Who are you?
In this role, you will make good use of your strong communication and relationship building skills. At the same time, and because you will be collaborating across the Arla organisation, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively with all levels in the organisation.
Moreover, you:
- Bring several years of experience from a similar role within change management
- Have experience working with projects enabled by IT, preferably in an agile setup
- Preferably bring knowledge of commercial business and/or UX/UI
- Speak and write English effortlessly
