WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead the evolution of Intelligent Asset Management capability in Polish node of Capability Network, by creating, managing the team, reporting to the leadership
- Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.
- Play a Subject Matter Expert role in the areas of Reliability and Maintenance, EAM/CMMS and APM systems implementation, Digital Plant and Connected Worker solutions,
- Work on Project Management Activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests.
- Take responsibility for Business development by building and maintaining relationships with current and new clients, opportunities identification as well as involvement into proposals creation and submission
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Highly motivated and self-driven professional with industry and consulting experience – 12+ years in the following segments: CG&S / Chemicals / Lifesciences
- Engineering background with MBA degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of Asset Management, Supply Chain and Capital Projects cycle. Ideally with the focus areas in: Data Management and Governance, Maintenance Strategy Optimization, Maintenance Execution, Material and MRO Inventory management, Turnaround Management, Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics, Digital Twin, Logistics, Capital Projects Management.
- Good practical experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), connected assets, cloud solutions, data analytics, automation and control etc.
- People Management skills: supervision and management of the assigned team as well as project team’s members
- Ability to work in global environment using onshore/offshore model
- Sensitivity and ability to work with different cultures and styles
- Excellent Business English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Good level of additional language, preferable e.g. German, Italian, French would be an advantage
