Responsibilities:
- contacting existing clients by phone or e-mail in order to better understanding their needs and providing them the best solutions,
- providing recommendations and information about new marketing strategies,
- helping the customers to optimize their advertisement efficiency,
- building strong and long-term relationships with the clients.
Requirements:
- fluency in both English and Russian,
- enthusiastic and open customer-focused attitude,
- excellent interpersonal, verbal, telephone and written skills,
- very good time management and organizational skills,
- willingness to learn and be coached,
- being passionate and results-orientated,
- previous experience in Customer Service or Digital Marketing area as an asset.
