• Minimum 4 years of experience in the areas of international assignments, human resources or compensation & benefits;
• Experience in the area of Global Mobility;
• Experience in defining effective process model with continuous improvement as inevitable part of developing the practice;

• Working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Taxes and Finance teams to provide advice and guidance on planning international assignments;
• Providing daily support for Deloitte expatriates both on long & short term assignments;
• Responding to the queries from the business on policies and procedures on ongoing basis;
• Close cooperation with internal and external key functional stakeholders (immigration, tax consultants, legal, payroll, relocation) to ensure timely and quality services provision;
• Work on implementation of global mobility policies and processes;
• Advisory support in hiring foreign workers;
• Maintaining and promoting global mobility program.
