Essential 

• 3-5+ years proven experience in a relevant position;  
• Experience of managing and guiding the development of less experienced staff and a desire to develop your line management and mentoring skills; 
• Excellent spoken and written English; 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility of style to communicate confidently with people at all levels across the firm; 
• The ability to work on multiple, often complex, tasks at the same time; 
• The ability to challenge senior people effectively and in a way that builds relationships; 
• A strong understanding of risks and controls; 
• A good working knowledge of IT. 

 Desirable  

• Experience of risk management or Financial Services will be an asset; 
• Understanding of anti-money laundering legislation and controls will be an advantage; 
• Understanding of audit independence would be desirable.  

• Analyzing relevant information, asking insightful questions and consulting with various subject matter experts in order to make and communicate informed decisions and achieve the right outcomes; 
• Providing a wide range of support to internal clients; 
• Managing the expectations of internal clients and building effective relationships  with engagement teams and Quality, Risk and Security (QRS) colleagues (such as establishing deadlines, explaining service level agreements, managing urgent requests, providing concise information and regular updates);  
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery; 
• Supporting more junior colleagues and providing feedback; 
• Supporting analysts in managing client expectations and building effective relationships with engagement teams and QRS colleagues; 
• Constantly challenging the status quo with regards to departmental processes and services, by providing solutions; 
• Collaborating with the wider QRS community to help drive the department forward, and keeping up to date with QRS developments.

The Analyst in this role will work within Quality & Risk Operations in Rzeszow. This center of excellence is a division of the firm’s Quality & Risk management function responsible for a variety of quality, risk, regulatory and compliance support activities. Concentrating the efforts in a center of excellence helps to ensure a high standard of compliance with the underlying regulations while enabling client-facing teams to devote more of their time to providing services to their clients.
