We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our core banking implementation team for the position of a Project Manager / Development Manager

A successful candidate will engage in a full lifecycle of complex, international core banking implementation projects, being personally accountable for end-to-end delivery, keeping work on track, practicing effective communication with all project stakeholders and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 year experience in implementation of IT systems as a project manager or development manager
• Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people
• Background of a development specialist (Java development is preferred)
• Good understanding of technical aspects of IT implementations including system integrations, data, security
• Good organization skills and ability of relationship building within a team and with clients
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Very good command of English in writing and speaking
• Experience in banking or financial industry

• Management of a growing team of senior and junior Java developers
• Representation of the development team internally and in project meetings with external clients
• Daily assignment of project tasks, monitoring of their execution and reporting of progress
• Long- and Mid-term planning of team capacity
• Participation and contribution to continuous optimization of a Development Center
