Your responsibilities would include:
  • Leading and developing teams of CPI & Automation Specialists
  • Driving CI culture deployment through community of CPI change agents
  • Developing & deploying CPI Framework and Funnel in line with the Global CPI and Transformation Strategy
  • Acting as custodian of CPI Funnel and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Supporting the identification and prioritization of CPI opportunities within HKR, Transformation, Global Functions and OpCos
  • Ensuring the embedment of CPI Culture and lean/six sigma thinking, embracing continuous improvement and innovation
  • Identifying CPI Training needs and facilitates CPI training
  • Building process improvement capabilities through execution of lean six sigma trainings and people development
  • Involving in improvement Projects -  providing content reference and expertise (e.g. with defining project goals and business cases, costs and benefits analysis) and advising project teams which execute the CPI projects on methods (mentoring, coaching)
  • Ensuring that standards and lean principles are accessible and easy to use on a daily basis
  • Driving the implementation of standard reports to HEINEKEN stakeholders on progress and results of improvement initiatives through regular governance and floor visual management
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, as appropriate, to deliver mutually beneficial end-to-end process improvements
  • Acting as a Change Leader by engaging, facilitating and sharing CPI success stories across functions through effective communication
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Lean Six Sigma developments, exchanging knowledge with colleagues
  • Identifying benchmarks and external best practices to continuously challenge and improve processes
  • Leading the implementation of RPA in HGSS adhering to Global and local standards and framework
  • Acting as custodian of the RPA and Advanced Automation Framework for HGSS robots 
  • Attracting, developing and retaining talent for CPI team. Ensuring effective Performance Management through the creation of Personal Development Plans: working on the development targets formulated in this plan throughout the year to improve competencies and skills. 

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have university degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • You have Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • You have 7 - 10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in CI, Lean Six Sigma and setting up similar Ways of Working within a corporate environment
  • You have experience in assessing process and information and process flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance
  • You have hands-on-experience with Business Process Automation/RPA initiatives (such as building business cases, business analysis, managing automation projects)
  • You have proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • You have ability to drive improvements, acts as a change agent and has a hands-on mentality. Works structured and is committed to deliver results
  • You have experience in organising and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance
  • You have strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications
  • You have strong project management skills and driven transformation projects
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities: you have the ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at a senior level
