What you'll do
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- The high quality delivery of all in scope Workplace Management services at a location to meet the service levels required of stakeholders and the provision of support where required by our offices elsewhere in our portfolio.
- Continually consider innovations and ideas to support the productivity of our people in flexible working environment. Adjust to accommodate business needs in ways of working
- Project managing as required
- Proactively addressing opportunities for service efficiencies and cost savings
- Produce regular reports and data as required
- Working closely with the Group Workplace team, and other support teams to ensure alignment of local plans with group strategy.
- Building, developing and overseeing the activity of 3rd party vendors
- All aspects of health & safety and compliance including work permits, risk assessments, accident reporting and provision of fire wardens and first aiders.
- Line management of administration team
- Raising/ approval of purchase orders, tracking of payments and monitoring of invoices
What you'll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in similar role in managing facilities services in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Superior organizational skills and strategic planning abilities;
- Experience in implementing flexible work arrangements and hybrid working models
- Project Management skills
- Peer coaching skills in support of Workplace team members
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently
- A considered, diplomatic approach with excellent relationship and communication skills( with team and line manager, across the global business and with external parties )
