Location: Kraków

Your new role

The AVP of Procurement will be a part of the transformation team that supports transformation activities within Accounts Payable and Procurement departments.

A person with project management and process transformation experience combined with in-depth expertise in the areas of Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Accounts Payable.

What you will be responsible for

As Procurement Project Manager you will

  • Help support Transformation activities within the AP / Procurement department, including tracking save opportunities. 

  • Collaborate and interface with Transformation Office, Initiative Owners, and Procurement personnel.  Including process troubleshooting and design.  

  • Partner with Initiative owners on the reporting and execution of large initiatives.  Follow up on transformation related requests from Sponsors, Stakeholders and Transformation Office.

  • Support Procurement initiatives and transformation activities, including monthly reporting to the senior leadership

  • Manage and lead projects for their entire cycle, or certain parts in for bigger and more advanced projects

  • Collaborate with various Category Managers

  • Manage project lifecycle, preset project results and deliverables

 

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • 10 years of professional experience preferably from international work environment including 4+ years in Project Management together with 4+ years of Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / Category Management / Accounts Payable

  • Experience in process transformation is preferred

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principals would be an asset

  • Excellent data analysis and data visualization skills are preferred

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills

  • Strong change agent and execution skill set

  • Proven self-starter who can work independently and with teams, effectively juggle multiple priorities, and has a strong track record of delivering outstanding results

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to influence cross-functionally

  • Personal resilience to work within an extremely fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholders diplomatically
