Our Salesforce Trainer should have the following qualities:

• Obviously - solid experience with Salesforce (5+ years), whether it’s from implementation, design, configuration or development perspective,
• Excellent communication skills (in English), confidence and ease in presentations and public speaking,
• Focused on expanding their knowledge and competence, staying up to date with newest solutions and trends in cloud-based CRM solutions,
• Eager to work with people and excited to share their knowledge,
• Have analytical approach, naturally looking for improvements,
• Proactive, flexible and patient; good listener who can understand different user needs,
• Easily finding a common language with business users, technical team, junior colleagues and students.

• Responsible for building Salesforce University program to build Salesforce competences in Central Europe,
• Being part of the EMEA Talent group as CE representative,
• Primary responsible for projects focused on Salesforce training,
• Active support in recruitment, onboarding and training of junior team members,
• Leading workshops and presentations during Salesforce Lab (periodical workshops for students) and other internal/external events e.g. on universities,
• Supporting and promoting internal Salesforce certification programme,
• Driving partnerships with universities and student organizations in cooperation with Employer Branding and HR,
• By being a true Trailbrazer - strengthening positive image of the Deloitte Digital on the market,
• Participation in meetings with clients, preparation and presentation of materials and demonstration of Salesforce to senior management teams.
