What you’ll do:
Timely and diligently performing allocated tasks assigned by management in the area of:
- Participating in transition for Tax and other accounting related scope
- GL related transactions in Oracle system, making necessary postings
- Balance sheet reconciliation process
- Balance sheet review preparation
- Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Participating in audit package annual process
- Performing period-end activities
- Responding to queries from different stakeholders
- Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Identifying potential process improvements
- Supporting other team members in day to day processes
What you’ll need:
- Good language skills in English
- Related experience in finance / accounting area 2 year
- University degree educational background in finance and accounting will be highly regarded
- Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in an international environment will be an asset
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Good understanding of general accounting principles and GL area
- Previous experience with Tax area will be an asset
- Analytical skills, attention to details
- Service oriented and professional working approach
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
