Citi Handlowy is looking for a Graduate to join the Operations and Technology Sector, Corporate Banking Operations. During the program you will receive an in-depth education to learn the fundamentals of the Operations &Technology as well as Corporate Banking – especially Capital Markets - and introduction to Citi’s culture. Whatever your degree is in, we will give you the opportunity you need to grow.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. Here, at Citi Handlowy, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. The 24 month rotational program starts in July. You will then rotate across four departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across various business lines and business functions. You can expect two rotations in Corporate Banking Operations departments followed by two rotations in business departments.

During all four rotations we will equip you with knowledge and experience you need to further develop your career within Operations and Technology Sector at Citi Handlowy, especially focusing on Capital Markets related projects. This unique development path will provide you with big picture on our organization and let you make an impact on our growth!

Your time here will look something like this…

• Participation in ambitious projects within each rotation area
• Possibility to introduce own initiatives and projects
• Acquiring skills and knowledge from different areas within Operations and Technology and Corporate Banking Sectors and practicing it in everyday tasks
• Working alongside our experts and managers in order to complete given projects 
• You’ll be supported by Mentor during 2 years of the program

We want to hear from you if...

• You are available for full-time from July 2021
• You are at least a third year student by June 2021, preferred areas: economy, finance, banking
• You possess solid knowledge on capital markets and financial instruments - is a must
• You have very good command of both English and Polish (both minimum C1 level)
• You have a strong academic record, you are proactive and self-motivated individual, willing to take responsibility
• You possess strong planning and organizational skills
• You have leadership and problem-solver mindset
• You’re well organized, able to look for synergies and optimisation
• You enjoy new challenges, adapt to change and are able to work under pressure on multiple tasks
• You thrive in a team environment, able to cooperate with others to achieve goals
• You are willing to learn and develop
