Citi Handlowy is looking for a Graduate for full time to join the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) team in Warsaw. TTS works with international clients to streamline financial processes and make transactions seamless. Provides innovative solutions to public sector clients, corporations and financial institutions in more than 120 countries, including 99 of the Fortune Global 100 companies. If none of these terms make sense right now, that’s ok! You will join a training program where you will receive an in-depth education to learn the fundamentals of your role and introduce you to Citi’s culture. Whatever your degree is in, we will give you the training you need to excel.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. The 27 month rotational program starts in mid-July and begins with a four-week virtual training program. You will then rotate across four departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across TTS business lines and business functions. In the 2nd or 3rd rotation all analysts will have the opportunity to participate in a six month EMEA rotation (virtual or on-site – depending on circumstances).

Your time here will look something like this…

• Participation in ambitious projects within each rotation area
• Possibility to introduce own initiatives and projects
• Acquiring skills and knowledge from different areas within Transaction Banking and practicing new skills in everyday tasks
• Working alongside local and global experts and managers in order to complete given projects 

We want to hear from you if...

• You are available for full-time from July 2021
• You are at least a third year student by June 2021
• You have very good command of English (C1 level or above)
• You possess solid analytical abilities and are able to work under pressure on multiple tasks
• You have a strong academic record, you are proactive and self-motivated individual, willing to take responsibility, enjoy new challenges and adapt to change
• You thrive in a team environment, able to cooperate with others to achieve our goals
• You are willing to learn and develop
