                     We are building a new FP&A structure located in Warsaw and we are looking for FP&A Regional Costing Leader for Global Supply Chain Europe to:
- Lead the Transfer Price – Consolidated Standard Costing (CSC) yearly campaign/update in coordination with business, New Product Costing, update Standard Products Catalogue Support Plants in Standard Costing understanding and financial performance impacts on Statutory and Consolidated Gross Margin (Variance P&L analysis)
 - Maintain alignment between Operations, Business Units and Plants, alert on deviations/derogations, propose corrective actions, follow action plans with business
 - Animate knowledge management around the costing and Continuous Improvement
 - Be Partner on different organization levels to lead the quarterly rolling forecasts, improve efficiency of our processes and act as proactive change agent for the region
 
What you will do:
- Yearly Standard Costing Campaign animation & Analysis for 65 plants, 26 Distribution Centers, 92 Reporting entities, multiple ERPs
 - Monthly Actual vs Standard Variance Analysis & its impact on Productivity and P&L evolution
 
Business Partnership
- In Partnership with GSC Finance team lead the Quarterly Rolling Forecast of Consolidated Gross Margin, CSC Campaign, Raw Materials Index & Foreign exchange impact
 - Provide to Business Standard Products catalogue analysis (incl insight on High Runners)
 - Be the main Point of Contact for costing strategy, coach/train and motivate the controlling community around costing process, act as proactive change agent for the region
 
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- 
	
Master of University or Business School
 - Minimum 7 years working experience in Controlling in Supply Chain
 - Good knowledge in cost accounting and in IAS/ IFRS rules
 - Experienced ERPs (SAP) knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Hyperion, Essbase and BI
 - Experience in Product Industrial Costing (Full cost, Activity Based Costing)
 - Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
 - Ability to interact and partner with all levels of management and stakeholders
 - Ability to drive a successful team and work in a matrix organization
 - High analytical skills to construct/execute complex analysis
 - PowerPoint presentation skills
 - Leadership and team-player attitude
 - Open minded, flexible and business orientated, straightforward, challenged, passionate and effective
 - Continuous improvement approach and change management attitude
 - Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skill
 - Must be self-motivated, proactive and creative
