As an Accountant you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business.  You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned AR portfolio
• Perform collection tasks based on prescribed Collection tactics defined in the system/tool.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
• Do a reconciliation of accounts or research on disputed AR
• Coordinate resolution of customer disputes
• post invoices with PO
• resolve invoices issues
• support processing invoices/payments if needed
• respond to AP queries
• T&E Audit
• maintain Vendor Master Data

Requirements:

• Hebrew – fluent
• English – fluent
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Ability to work accurately with numbers
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• diligent, with great attention to details
• self-starter, focused on analyzing data and resolving issues
• open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work
• able to work under time and result pressure

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivables (AR) would be an asset
• Accounting and/or SAP would be an asset
