Individual who has:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR;
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities;
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure;
• Very good written and spoken English and Polish;
• High level of analytical skills;
• Very good knowledge of Excel would be an asset.

• Supporting Team Leaders in their role on people-related processes including performance & talent management;
• Provide high quality HR services for different business units/teams;
• Being responsible for recruitment processes (running interviews, on-going and active contact with candidates);
• Coordinating hiring and dismissing process;
• Conducting development conversations;
• Creating organizational culture;
• Supporting Employer Branding activities and training & development area.
