For our Client, the international organization from the technology sector, we are looking for French speakers for the Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
- provide a range of administrative support,
- preparing and updating documentation regarding internal standards,
- active cooperation with other departments,
- daily contact with French customers, answering clients questions and solving their problems,
- building trusting and robust relationships with multinational customers.
Requirements:
- fluency in French (a B2 level at least) and in English (B1 at least),
- experience in Customer Service/Customer Support will be an asset,
- good organizational and communication skills,
- high motivation to work,
- a multitasking way of work,
- ability to work in a team,
- good computer skills (MS Office - especially MS Excel).
