

Who we're looking for
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience in contract or commercial related functions;
- Legal background;
- Experience in reviewing/ redlining commercial contracts;
- Excellent contract review skills, including but not limited to:
- Excellent understanding of sell side/ buy side contracts and clauses
- Excellent attention to details and ability to review contract language against playbooks and identify deviations;
- Ability to work and coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.;
- Previous contract negotiation experience preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment;
- Excellent team player;
- Beneficial to have some experience working in a global firm;
- Advance level in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Experience in contract management systems such as Ariba is an advantage.
We need a professional with:
- Knowledge in contract and commercial management matters;
- Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions;
- Ability to identify "key risks" and provide mitigation strategy;
- High level of diligence, analytical skills and attention to details;
- Ability to multitask within tight timelines and limited supervision;
- Ability to build and manage client relationship;
- Result driven and well organized;
- Good project management skills.
Other prerequisites

Your future role
- Perform legal research activities;
- Support due diligence activities and other ad hoc legal projects;
- Perform contract review based on established guidelines and standards, identify typical deviations and provide/negotiate alternatives;
- Monitors contractual obligations of all parties and provides continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met in a timely fashion;
- Manages all inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions from the client’s and third parties side;
- Draft und update contract templates, guidelines and playbooks;
- Be able to work with third parties to resolve any issues;
- Ensure timely delivery of agreed reports and ad-hoc requests;
- Review a broad range of corporate and commercial matters;
- Respond to queries related to contractual documents.

About the team
We are recruiting a Contract Lead with experience in contract and commercial managemnt to support our client. The selected candidate will work with the client’s Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial Teams to review, revise, and execute Sales and Procurement contracts. This role will be based in Krakow or Rzeszów, Poland.
