 About You:

You are the voice of the people. In all of your interactions — with clients, project managers, designers, engineers, and more — you’ll advocate for what users need, and expect from the products we create. You’re innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn more about what’s happening in the interactive space. Your UX design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear. 

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI field (consulting experience is a plus);
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end UX design process;
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling and design presentation skills (essential for us to get to know you better);
  • A clear passion and enthusiasm for learning and pursuing your expertise, constantly challenging the definition of what makes good user experience;
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data, often from many sources, e.g., business and tech requirements, user research, process flows, along with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment;
  • Ability to give and receive constructive design critique;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Experience in using UX/UI design tools (i.e., Figma, Sketch, Axure, Flinto, Invision, or similar);
  • Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and using Design Systems is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English and Polish language (written and oral);

Your future role

Work you’ll do:

  • Create high-quality UX/UI deliverables that deliver project outcomes, such as wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces;
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and advocate for the customer;
  • Plan, run and sum up the Design Research activities;
  • Work in partnership with the engineering team to implement UX/UI patterns and ensure visual consistency across all products and demos;
  • Monitor wider industry UX/UI trends and relevant technology trends;
  • Independently deliver on projects and work with others on teams;
  • Help the team plan and run effective client workshops and client stakeholder meetings;
  • Prepare sales proposal materials, guided by Project Managers and Senior Consultants;
