Environment Management Manager
Skills and Experience:

experience in managing a variety of systems and complex data model across solution preferably on both global and local levels

experience in Environment management in multi-system environment or large software deployments / rollouts for the customers (configuration templates, data migration templates)

participation in data migration projects (cross environments, cross platforms)

analytical thinking with proven record of technical analysis / feasibility study to adapt solution to a business needs or system limitations

practical experience with enterprise-class software (on-prem, cloud, in-house development) in the area of administration, bulk data updates, change deployment

Experience with working with multiple support and vendor teams

experience with design and development of custom solutions for integrations, bulk data loads, bulk data updates

Experience with integration solutions (real-time, asynchronous, file-based and web-service based)

proactive and open mindset with good communication skills

focus on building trusted relationships with the stakeholders, project managers, solution teams and environment management working group

Experience working with Service Now and G Suite tools or Microsoft Office

Experience maintaining/updating website content
Responsibilities:

Will be a central point of contact regarding information regarding xBOS environments and data compatibility for xPST issue resolution and E2E Testing purposes

New territory onboarding to Environment Management

New solutions / services onboarding to Environment Management

Will understand data model for BOS and dependent systems and impacts they have

Technology acumen for contact to cash

Understanding of Integrations and dependency diagrams

Understanding of how territory data is used for testing with TCoE

Participate in and facilitate (if facilitator is unavailable) Envir Mgmt Working Group

Work with platform contacts to determine the usage of environments and data in order to manage conflicting needs

Will help align planning of environments and data refreshes

Monitor environments to ensure usage as planned and reported

Maintain environment management documentation information from project teams and solution teams

Manage plans with tasks identified via WG and other Environment Management stakeholders, assessing progress and completion

Will keep momentum moving in projects to ensure initiatives continue moving forward and are completed on time
-
Will help to provide risk mitigation and proactive initiatives to assure availability of environments for projects/upgrades/new territory onboarding.
