The role of a Cloud Security Architect and Team Lead will be part of the Cybersecurity Team dedicated to supporting client’s cloud transformation programmes from the perspective of security, IT risk and vendor risk assessment, performing cloud security readiness and maturity assessments and providing implementation support.

Cloud Security Architect and Team Lead

Activities you will do:

• Plan and design cloud adoption roadmaps from GRC & cyber perspective - define requirements for cloud supplier to allow for optimal cloud selection and assess current security & monitoring tools, policies & procedures, identify gaps and prepare high-level target security architecture

• Define KPIs and criteria for choosing the appropriate cloud design for a particular workload/business application, including data classification considerations, aligned to existing or updated client controls 

• Define approach for assessing cloud-related information security risks and assess cloud service providers (TPRM) 

• Design and supervise audits, vendor and environments assessments, security tests and benchmarking for cloud environments

• Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements and other constraints related to migration to cloud and convert them to a design documents, development roadmap, providing estimates of effort and resources required

• Execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, as well as conduct Research and Development activities in the area of cloud security, together with selected vendors

• Managing a team dedicated to cloud security projects

• Managing the sales pipeline and supporting team members during the sales process, preparation of pre-sales materials, and RFP/RFI responses

• Explaining architecture level designs to clients’ senior management

• Mentoring and developing other team members aspiring for the role of cloud security architect
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience (incl. 2+ years of practical cloud security experience)

• 8+ years of the industry experience in any of the following fields: solution architecture, IT systems implementation, technology consulting, 

• Security architecture & consulting experience in several of the following domains:

  • Cloud Security - MS Azure, other platforms is a plus

  • Identity & Access Management, including PAM

  • Threat & Vulnerability Management

  • Security assessments/audits/benchmarking

  • Cyber Risk and Controls Frameworks

  • Data protection

  • Application Security / DevOps Security

• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g. NIST SP 800-53/ISO 27001/PCI DSS; HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, etc.) and best practices / reference architectures

• Experience in the delivery of security service-oriented projects

• Experience in the delivery of technology implementation projects

• Experience working with senior management

• Experience in managing a small team of experts

• Great communication skills

• English and Polish (C1+) language skills required

• Security certifications are welcome
