Główne zadania


  • Contact channel for all IT service requests: Single point of contact to channel all CTB and OTB requests to IT
  • Manage on a centralized manner and offer consultancy in all the Requirements/Demands’ definition and clarification, involving IT (projects and work orders through PMO, Internal Audits, Infrastructure Projects, Viability studies, Service requests, Incidents and Requirements from HQ)
  • Establish and regulate on an organizational level the selection and acquisition of software solutions process from the different Business areas, in collaboration with the Procurement area and the PMO; to ensure that all technological solutions are in compliance with the IT architecture and current standards and that they have the required operational support in order that these solutions support the achievement of business objectives
  • Determine within IT the Capacities’ assessment process, identification of synergies and conflicts according to the availability of human, financial and knowledge resources as well as the estimated efforts; to provide a response to the client in a timely and accurate manner, achieving an alignment regarding Group & local strategy, feasibility and resources that allow the achievement of business goals contained in the requirements / demands regarding IT

Jesteś idealnym kandydatem jeśli:

You are a perfect candidate, if you:

  • Have min. 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Have experience in working with multinational organization
  • Are proficiency in Excel, Access, Jira
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have great analytical skills
  • Have well-developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Have strong technical abilities
  • Understand ITIL knowledge management
