• Experience in designing dashboards, charts, and reporting applications
• Ability to visualize data
• Familiarity with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
• Fluent in at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Axure, Adobe XD)
• Ability to elicitate and document requirements from users and stakeholders
• Ability conduct and lead the full iterative UX cycle, from user research, prototyping, user testing to UI Design,
• Ability to present designs clearly articulating design rationale
• Ability to lead workshops and moderate discussions
• Experience in designing enterprise solutions and applications

What we'll appreciate:

• Experience with developing BI dashboards, e.g. in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
• UI Design skills
• Familiar with concepts: MVP, Lean UX, User Research, UCD, Accessibility, Mobile First, Progressive Enhancement, BI, DW
