Główne zadania
- Plan and communicate release dates and release life-cycle to IT Management and Business Development
- Responsibility for creating Release Management awareness in the organization (on both Business and IT side)
- Evaluating, maintaining, conducting Release Management processes, defining quality gates and deliverables
- Supervisory of release preparation and completeness of all artifacts, pro-active escalation to IT Management if necessary
- Promoting mature and independent release management authority in the organization
- Proactively responding to changing project situation and directly communicating consequences
- Preparing proper communication of release planning/scheduling to all Stakeholders including IT and Business Project Managers, Service Desk, Business Development, Products Owners and Project Sponsors
- Coordinating project planning with Business Project Delivery units according to approved release plan
- Participating in execution of emergency release activities
- Monitoring and controlling all release activities
- Facilitating release planning and Change Advisory Board sessions
- Managing and identifying risks that may affect release scope, release duration, and environments, incl. escalation to IT and Business Management
Jesteś idealnym kandydatem jeśli:
- Have about 5 years of professional experience in release management (implementation of software in financial institutions as preference)
- Have university degree (preferably: Computer Science, Business and Administration or Project Management)
- Have strong interest in new technical developments, Internet and knowledge about communication technologies
- Speak English fluently (B2+ level – minimum)
- Have good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
- Obtained job-related certificates (for example, ITIL)
- Are a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Show strong business acumen and ability to interface with stakeholders
- Make recommendations based on your knowledge and expertise when problem solving or interacting with the Business
- Show problem solving and analytical skills
