Project Manager – Client Program Office, Assistant Vice President
Location: Kraków

Who we are looking for

An experienced project/program manager to manage large and complex client onboarding transactions across the full range of services to Investment Management clients. The role will involve overseeing multiple workstreams covering the full scope of services committed to our clients and developing joint project governance and comprehensive implementation plans ensuring risk and issues are effectively managed and projects are delivered on time and to scope. Candidates should a deep understanding of the Investment Management Operating Models.

Your new role

As a Project Manager - Client Service Office you will

  • Establish Project Governance both internally and with the client to include status comprehensive reporting

  • Develop comprehensive project/program plans to manage internal and external parties

  • Pro-actively ensure risk and issues are appropriately captured and managed to closure

  • Oversee and manage project costs to agreed budgets

  • Ensure the project is appropriately staffed across all activities escalating any shortfalls for resolution

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Oversee the transition to Production establishing an appropriate post implementation infrastructure to address major issues that may arise

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years Project Manager experience

  • Minimum 5 years Investment Management related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
