Your responsibilities would include:
  • Experience with transactional data management in area of Finance, which includes RtR, BPM, OtC & PtP scope and other concurrent areas.
  • Completing first level of reconciling items analysis and assigning, coordinating and following up on mismatches with the right teams, resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Managing data reconciliation in S/4 HANA for a portfolio of the European Operating Companies
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly quality validation reports to serve the reconciliation purpose
  • Identifying differences, analysing root causes, explaining and solving differenced and / or proposing corrective measures to relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiating ID & Data change and /or corrective postings requests and follow through to completion
  • In a leading role of the end-to-end reconciliation gaps resolution with involvement of multiple stakeholders from Operating Companies, as well as Data, Finance& Technology Teams
  • Effectively communicating resolution expectations and provide relevant information to the respective stakeholders on resolution status
  • Publishing Dashboards and workload reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Addressing ad hoc requests and questions around data integrity in the context of reconciliation.

You are a good Candidate if:

You have:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role or RtR, OtC, PtP or BPM areas
  • Understanding of principles of accounting, GL Accounts, Cost Centers & Profit Centers, Customer & Vendor balances
