Process Improvement Senior Specialist (Developer), Associate 2

What you will be responsible for

  • Automation and improving of the processes in cooperation with senior developers in VBA, Python, SQL and other programming and ongoing technical support existing tools;
  • Contribute to Assessment concerning the feasibility of the change of the process;
  • Interpretation of business needs and translation into application and operational requirements;
  • Writing User Manuals, Training Material and Application Support Documents as required;
  • Reporting of progress to Management;

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience in any programming language, especially Python and VBA preferred
  • Ability to break down a problem/process into sequential and logical steps
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to ask right questions and to interpret and present gathered information
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, highly effective communication and organization skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & VBA: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
