For our client, an international service company, we are looking for candidates interested in taking the role of Junior HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist. The headquarters is located in Katowice.
Responsibilities:
- manage end-to-end recruitment process,
- manage active search using such tools as LinkedIn Recruiter,
- write creative job ads and post them on both internal and external job boards,
- manage resume database in order to search for quality candidates,
- deal with roles from financial or multilingual sector,
- cooperate with foreign offices and their partners in the business field,
- support organizational changes, be a part of fast growing organization,
- possibility to develop in EB, training and other HR fields of your interest,
- carry out on/off-boarding processes for employees,
- support analytical aspects of HR indicators,
- closely cooperate with Head of HR.
Requirements:
- minimum of 1,5 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition,
- HR is the path you want to follow and develop in,
- knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process,
- excellent communication skills, professional approach,
- fluency in English - at least B2 level.
