What will you do?
- Work with the world’s largest organizations to transform and optimize the value chain as well as the structure
- Help clients reallocate resources to maximize their performance
- Work on profitability interventions
- Use innovative solutions to solve challenging problems
- Leverage data to come up with meaningful insights
- Work directly with our clients’ C-suite level
- Deliver combinatorial offerings – enhancing cost transformations with sustainability or growth strategies
What are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Analyst) / Master’s degree or equivalent (Consultant)
- At least 1 (Analyst) / 3 (Consultant) years of relevant experience, international exposure is a strong asset
- Strategy consulting experience, strong financial acumen and cost/performance transformation experience are strong assets
- Functional experience in one of the following areas is a plus: Analytics, Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics), Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills and problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments
- Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner
- Proficiency with Excel and Power Point, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Italian is a strong asset
