For our Client, an international company from the e-Commerce sector specializing in home décor products, we are looking a person for the position of
- managing 4-6-people team of translators,
- coordination of translations to provide timeline and high quality content for Czech and Slovak customers,
- supervision of SEO production,
- uploading content for Czech and Slovak customers – video, articles, inspirations,
- close cooperation with other departments and headquarter to ensure a smooth workflow,
- establishing and managing cooperation with freelancers.
- minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team – hiring, organizing its work, motivating, monitoring results and developing team members,
- native knowledge of Czech or Slovak language,
- accuracy, organizational and analytical skills,
- orientation to detail and high working standards,
- great communication skills which able you to cooperate with people on different levels of organization,
- good organization of own work,
- fluency in English or Polish (verified during recruitment).
