In Deloitte we support leading global organizations in optimizing and transforming their organizations. This also relates to their finance function. Our consultants offer insights, capabilities, and solutions that change the way these organizations operate and make people-related decisions. 

In Poland we are currently building a dedicated team which will focus on advisory in the area of Finance & Performance. The Team will advise our Clients in complex issues relating to i.a. Reporting, Budgeting, Controlling processes. We are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our advisory practice. Next to advising on most sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above mentioned areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimisation of the above mentioned processes. This will also include applying the newest technologies.

Currently we are looking for:

Manager for Finance & Performance Team

(Warsaw, building Q22)

If you have:

  • At least 8 years of practical experience at a senior level in financial audit, consulting or internal reporting, budgeting or controlling teams
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial or management accounting (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
  • Deep knowledge of broad scope of practical aspects of accounting (International Financial Reporting Standards) in various sectors
  • Practical experience relating to design and implementation of optimisation of various financial processes (in particular reporting, budgeting and controlling)
  • Proven knowledge of digital solutions applied in above mentioned processes,
  • Fluency in English (German will be an advantage)
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and proven experience in developing a creative, collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Experience in building and managing a high-performing mix of domestic and international teams in both office-based and remote working environments
  • Proven networking, business development, relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively attract, recruit, motivate, train and work with top talents
  • Business acumen and drive to lead & grow a highly profitable business
  • Openness to travel after pandemic lock-down

  • Cooperating in establishing highly skilled competency Finance & Performance team in one of the largest consulting companies in the world
  • Providing leadership, guidance and support to all team members
  • Developing close relationships with existing and new customers to ensure the highest levels of quality and satisfaction
  • Taking an active part in various consulting projects (including implementation of digital solutions) by providing business/finance input to the technical team
  • Building and maintaining a highly collaborative internal and external network focused on delivering projects within Finance & Performance area
  • Constant developing and building up of knowledge and experience
  • Driving adoption and use of global methods & tools while always seeking innovation and improvement
  • Supporting managers and staff to proactively resolve challenges and responding to trends that may impact outcomes or quality
  • Organising, coaching, mentoring and managing a team of experienced and junior team professionals
  • Participating and providing advice, guidance and help within the delivery of Finance & Performance projects locally or regionally
