As an IT Advisory Manager you will advise clients on maximizing the value from IT and prepare a plan to improve IT performance in areas such as IT Governance, operational models, IT organizational structure, IT vendor management or IT processes.

• Advising our clients on IT Governance, IT Operational Models, IT Strategy, IT Vendor Management, IT Processes, IT Organizational Structures Building
• Identify gaps within an IT organization that have a negative impact on its effectiveness, support business goals, or support innovation within an organization
• Develop an IT improvement plan with specific recommendations
• Support in preparation of the plan which will close identified gaps
• Conducting projects in the field of IT Advisory
• Project team management
• Carrying out tasks aimed at business development such as responsibility for creating offers, participation in offers, development of a given solution area within EY

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Management / IT Transformation
• Experience in cooperation with unit directors and board members
• Experience in running programs/projects and project team in both cascading and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of IT Governance, IT operational models, IT processes, IT vendor management, agile methodologies, IT processes (Service Management)

• Knowledge of Service Management processes based on ITIL, IT Governance area (COBIT) and knowledge of agile methodologies
• Knowledge of management practices
• Ability to create professional documents in the form of reports, analysis, description of methodology
• Ability to visualize relationships and links between different system components
• Higher education (preferred fields: computer science, economics with elements of computer science, management)
• Proficient knowledge of English
