The role:
-
Creating the vision of clients’ CRM processes and solutions considering business challenges, areas for optimization and identifying areas where use of digital technologies adds value and changes the way businesses are shaping their relationships with their customers.

Leading sales or project delivery workshops with a client senior leadership positions.
-
Providing guidance to the clients on how to get the best value from the proposed solution, with focus on Marketing, Sales and Support processes.

Defining solution proposals for customers’ problems and growth opportunities. This includes effective use of the company methods and frameworks, industry standards or collaboration network inside and outside of the company.

Leading the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients.

Managing, supervising or supporting CRM consulting or implementation projects.
-
Leading the project team in the definition of the optimized business processes, structured requirements analysis, providing input for project scope or product backlog, prioritizing the requirements, helping customers to define MVP and product roadmaps.

Shaping fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of the market leading CRM platforms.

Having responsibility for CRM related client relationships (both in sales and delivery stage).

Managing CRM consulting and implementation teams.

Proactively developing team CRM capabilities, methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience in IT as a CRM consultant, using leading CRM platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other relevant CRM solutions.

8+ years of experience in delivering commercial CRM projects.
-
Experience in cooperation with C-Level executives.
-
Confidence to inspire and guide teams towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit.
-
Ability to shape and define CRM operating models and architectures.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Very good understanding of agile and waterfall programme / project management and software development approaches.
-
Open-minded, seeking for innovative solutions.
-
Creative approach for solving unique challenges across projects.
-
Self-Driven Attitude.
-
Capability of managing communication in a team, moderate discussions, drawing constructive conclusions, and resolving conflicts.

Fluent English.
