Who we are looking for
We are looking for Implementation Senior Specialist who will take a role of a subject matter expert across the organization, providing assistance in the research, resolution and timely execution of projects related to Charles River compliance system and other duties outlined below. Also Senior Specialist is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results through completion of projects related to CRIMS System across the both local and global organization (all instances and countries in scope).

What you will be responsible for
Receive assignments in the form of objectives. Interact with supervisors, other functional areas, management and internal/external clients to complete objectives. Make decisions by applying department and company policies.
Develop or implement needed solutions without waiting for direction or leadership role to be assigned
Act as a change agent, and always find better ways for team to operate, while designing or implementing solutions
Propose & implement solutions to ensure it meets both, client requirements and best practices and are in line with the Target Operating Model
Monitor Project Group / Matrix Team delivery to ensure it is in line with expected timeframes budget and quality.
Delegate, overview and carry out daily responsibilities independently
Hold overall responsibility for and follow up of the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.
Analyze operational effectiveness and make suggestions to streamline and improve upon functions, workflow and processes.
Documenting requirements for process improvements or functional changes
Managing relationships with clients, making sure that requests are being met and that internal / external clients are satisfied with the level of service
Demonstrating flexibility by supporting different project needs and requests as well as contributing to wide range of project topics
Maintaining standards of personal and professional performance/behavior
Understand and communicate system limitations and dependencies
Maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholder engagement
Escalate risks and issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor Project Group / Matrix Team delivery to ensure it is in line with expected timeframes budget and quality

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
7 or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration
Investment Compliance background preferred: SEC and IRC guidelines for registered investment products, money market restrictions, UCITS or other regulated environments.
Experience working with Bloomberg data or other market data vendors an asset(IDC, RIMES MDS, Reuters)
Technical experience with one of the following:
SQL Queries (PL SQL, Toad, MS SQL Server, or equivalent
C++
Experiences with relational databases
Top quality written and verbal English communication skills
